More than just an instructor, a personal trainer can help you come up with the right workout plan for your body. A trainer provides certain benefits that you can't find when working out on your own. Our trainers will help you get maximum results in minimum time by not only improving your physical strength and endurance, but your agility and mental focus as well. They will help you jump start, not only your motivation, but your routine as well. By working out with one of our trainers, ultimately you will learn the basics of building and modifying a fitness program to achieve maximum results.

Here at Synergy Fitness we have a variety of trainer's (both male and female) to help you reach your fitness goals. Our trainers are nationally certified with specialties ranging from weight loss, bodybuilding, kettlebells, TRX, sports specific and CrossFit training.

Daniel Akinyooye

My name is Daniel Akinyooye. I was born in London, England but I currently reside on Long Island. I am ACSM certified and have been involved with athletics my entire life. While growing up my main athletic focus was amateur boxing and track. My specialties include sports performance and youth training programs. Fitness has always been my passion and I take pride in helping my clients surpass their goals.

Rose Martinez

My name is Rose Martinez and I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years. I started out as a personal trainer and have come to include spin and group fitness in my arsenal. I also hold numerous certifications in flexibility training and nutrition. I will do whatever it takes for my clients to achieve their desired goals.
